We are unable to determine whether Microsoft® Easy Assist is installed on your computer. To install this application, simply follow the three step instructions provided below to begin:

Install MS Easy Assist and Connect with a Technician

Step 1

Please read the online Privacy Statement and the Service Agreement. Microsoft® and RTS care about your privacy. This product allows you to share your computer, and its contents, with others for remote technical support.

Step 2

Accept the terms and install the application. By clicking on the link provided, you agree that your actions are governed by our Privacy Statement and the Service Agreement.

Note: If you are running Microsoft® Windows in safe mode, click here to accept the terms and install the application.

Step 3

If Microsoft® Easy Assist is installed on your workstation you may now join a session.

Note: Clicking the “Join Session” button will send you to an external page. If you have previously installed this application, you will be prompted for a Session ID. If you have not installed this application, you will be presented with a link to install the software and then be prompted for a Session ID. The Session ID will be provided by one of our technical employees.
